VSNRY Studio operates this website and application. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at notify@vsnrystudio.app. For privacy purposes, we act as the controller of the personal information described below.

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), and optional profile details such as your first name and profile photo.

Content you provide. Business ideas, answers, notes, tasks, chat messages to our AI assistants, feedback, reviews, and any files you upload. This content is stored so you can return to it later.

Payment information. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. We keep a customer/subscription identifier, plan, and billing status.

Technical and usage data. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and error logs.

Communications. Messages you send through our contact and support forms, and your email preferences.

Essential storage. To keep you signed in on the same device, we store your authentication session in your browser's local storage and use strictly necessary cookies. This is why you don't have to log in every time you open the app. These are required for the Service to function and cannot be turned off from within the app, you can clear them by signing out or clearing your browser data.

Preference storage. We may store small settings (such as onboarding progress or dismissed prompts) so the app behaves the way you left it.

Advertising and analytics cookies. When we run advertising campaigns, third-party cookies and pixels may be set to measure results. See the section below.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data in their settings. Blocking essential cookies or local storage will prevent sign-in from working.

We promote VSNRY Studio through paid advertising, including ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To measure whether those ads work, advertising partners may place cookies or similar technologies on your device and receive limited event data such as a page view, a sign-up, or a purchase, along with technical identifiers like your IP address and browser information. This data may be used by the advertising platform to measure conversions and to show you or people like you more relevant ads.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on where you live, sharing data with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. You can opt out by emailing us at notify@vsnrystudio.app, by using your browser's cookie controls or a Global Privacy Control signal, or by adjusting your ad preferences directly with the platform (for example, Meta's Ad Preferences settings).

We never share the content of your business ideas, reports, or AI conversations with advertising platforms.

To create and secure your account; to generate and store your analyses, reports, and plans; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to send transactional and service emails; to respond to support requests; to detect fraud and abuse; to understand and improve how the Service is used; and to measure the performance of our marketing.

Where required by law (for example in the UK/EEA), we rely on these legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, basic marketing measurement), consent (optional cookies and marketing emails, where consent is required), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

Ideas and prompts you submit are sent to third-party AI model providers through our infrastructure provider so we can generate your reports and assistant responses. Only the text needed to produce your result is transmitted. We do not use your content to train our own public models, and we ask our providers not to use submitted content for model training.

We share information only with vendors that help us operate the Service, each bound by contract to protect it: our hosting and database provider (which also handles authentication and file storage), our AI model gateway and model providers, Stripe for payments, and our transactional email provider (emails are sent from notify.vsnrystudio.app). We may also share advertising event data with Meta as described above, and disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We keep your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records longer for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

Access to your data is protected by authentication and row-level database rules so that you can only read and write your own records. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest by our infrastructure provider. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and any regulators as required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of targeted advertising. You can update your profile and password in Settings at any time, and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email. To make a request, email notify@vsnrystudio.app. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We operate from the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred out of the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app.
